"Winter Solstice" Bread Sale

The shortest day of the year is approaching rapidly, and another school break is coming with it. We are in the thick of the holiday season here, people! In honor of all the festivities that happen around the winter solstice, I will be having another bread sale, this time with more variety.

My kitchen will yet again be plastered with flour, dough, and mixing bowls, and it will be filled with the sweet smells of bread baking in the oven, but rosemary and beet will be added to the mix. On the "Bread Orders" page, you can fill out a form to order regular, rosemary, or beet sourdough bread and arrange for a time to pick it up. A batch of bread will be ready on the 24th, and I am planning for another batch to be ready on the 30th, but we are available for pickup and delivery in between and after these dates if that works better for you. Orders will close on the 21st, AKA, the winter solstice!

I am wishing everyone well during these uncertain times. Do your best to stay safe, and think about the safety of others as well, there can be something really special in cozying up and staying home with family through the holidays. Remember, Vermont strong, mask on!
