Valentine's Day may be long gone, but one thing is for sure, my love for bread persists! Breaking bread with the ones you love and sharing a meal together can be so comforting, especially during the colder months. There are so many meals where bread brings everything together and creates balance. Baking bread does the same for me, it brings balance into my life, it brings happiness.

This time around, regular ($5), rosemary ($6), and olive ($7) loaves will be available. I will be baking on Tuesday, February 23rd, and orders will be ready for pickup (at 30 Railroad Street) on Wednesday the 24th, but loaves can also be picked up on that Thursday and Friday as well. All of the loaves have a base of flour, water, salt, and sourdough starter (flour and water). The rosemary loaves only have those herbs added in, and the olive loaves have Kalamata olives incorporated into the dough. Orders can be picked up curbside, from a bench beside our door, or they can be picked up face-to-face for a minimal contact (masked) transaction. I am also available for deliveries, and there is a slot in the form to enter an address.
The order form will close on the 22nd, and to submit yours, you can visit the "Bread Orders" tab at the top of the page. Happy belated Valentine's Day everyone, feel free to join me, or just admire, as I celebrate my truest love: sourdough.
