Olive Loaf

Chopped Kalamata olives and brine are mixed into my regular bread dough (all-purpose flour, water, whole wheat sourdough starter), yielding a light and moist loaf with a slightly tangier flavor.

Beet Loaf

Fresh beets are cooked and pureed, then mixed into the dough, creating a dark pink and very moist loaf with earthy undertones.

Garlic Loaf

Roasted and crushed garlic mixed into my regular bread dough base, adding a little zing to the loaf.

Fennel and Thyme Loaf

My signature herb combination added to my recipe for regular bread dough to yield a slight licorice flavor in the loaf.

Rosemary Loaf

Crushed rosemary mixed into my regular bread dough to yield an almost floral-tasting loaf.
